Were not staying neutral, were just not getting into a War right now.

Once we are in an alliance we will fight for our allies but we will not start a war at this time.

We're not ready for a war on our own. We have no Weapons Industry. For the moment at least our only ally is Italy, though we've applied to join UNIO. We need time to build our strength, and build to our strengths.
