Interest free loans to entrepreneurs

i was wondering if the government can finance entrepreneurs with loans free of interest. if the loan is paid back 100%, Canada has nothing to lose, only to gain, rich-canadian-business owners and job creation, better paying wages etc.
please all congress members have a vote on the forum if we can start this government financed program

I agree, but disagree.
At this point in time, we dont even have enough workers for the companies that are around right now.
If we saturate the market with more jobs, we will not be getting peak efficiency (10 workers).
I do agree though that once we have more of a population, this will be good to get everyone going, but I do not think right now is the right time.
